At our recent Super Saturday Event on the Gold Coast we had the absolute delight of recognising some new Award Winners throughout our Online Business Community - our Rising Stars from 2023.
These Distributors were recognised for not only their Financial Success in their Businesses but for their contribution to our Community & of course their overall demonstration of what it really takes to be successful here with Prosperity Of Life.
On one of our internal Live Streams following the event we learned how different all of these award winners are with respect to their career & work backgrounds but we also learned about what they have in common & I think it's worth noting...
Caroline Hope from Sydney talked about the realisation that she had when she was on stage receiving her award - which even though she had visualised it "gently" - still felt unexpected.
"I thought about the choices I'd made, the bold decisions that had contributed to the journey of me receiving the award & it felt like it had all come together - like YES! You really did it! No one on that stage had been tentative about their decisions leading up to that moment".
It certainly is in that moment of receiving an award that it feels like everything is coming together.
Katy Genc flew in from New Zealand and connected with a whole bunch of her team members from NZ, Australia and Canada & it was such a great demonstration of duplication in her business! When asked how it felt receiving her award "Freaking amazing!" was her reply. It was on Katy's vision board & while she mentioned she felt proud of herself, she knew that it was a result of making the right decisions in her business & getting to what we call the "M8" level early on in her journey here. "It just made sense, it just felt right". On the other side of a redundancy from her teaching career she knew she had the choice to "get another job" or to back herself & really get serious in her Prosperity Of Life business. Her go to motto: "If it's going to be, it's up to me!"
Paulette Steele from the Sunshine Coast, Australia had saved the image of her Rising Star Trophy as the background of her phone & admits the night before the event she was telling people she would be getting her award the following day! Now that's speaking it into reality...
"I had visions I would be the last one called up & I was! I could feel myself tearing up, the genuine love from everyone, the pleasure for me to receive this was really amazing. I'm happy to inspire whoever wants to be inspired."
Karina Keily really blew me away (& brought many of us to tears!) in an email I received from her after the event... On the Live Stream she was willing to share a Future Self style letter she had been writing herself in the months ahead of Super Saturday, outlining exactly how it would be winning her Rising Star Award. "When my name got called out, I don't think my feet knew I needed to move! I could barely find my way to the stage through my foggy eyes, it was amazing." Having achieved her M8 Director Qualifications previously, she knew this was the next milestone to visualise. The combination of having the belief but also letting go, is what brought it all to fruition.
Arlene Rotter from the USA is always sharing with us her Belief in the Magic. When she first got started, she thought there was no way she could participate fully in the compensation plan but on making the decision to go "all in" - the magic happened & she was able to get qualified at all product levels. Arlene has an extensive career history in education & attributes a lot of her success to her love for teaching others to create success in their lives as well. Arlene decided to fly all the way from the USA for this one day event with the knowing she'd be receiving an award that she had been picturing herself taking home. Arlene we're so glad your trophy is home safely with you in your home office in Georgia & we loved seeing you here in Australia!
Such wise words from everyone & we're so pleased to get to know all of our award winners that little bit better throughout their contribution to training calls & live streams.
