Long before their lives intersected, Shane and Rachel Krider — founders of Prosperity Of Life — were unknowingly walking parallel paths as rising entrepreneurs in the personal development space. Both dropped out of high school. Both launched their first businesses at just 26. In 2007, Rachel entered Shane’s world—not personally, but professionally—when she became a top distributor for Liberty League International, the company Shane had already scaled into a global success.
They crossed paths briefly at an event in Cancún, Mexico, though Shane doesn’t recall the moment. Rachel was one of thousands of driven individuals inspired by the entrepreneurial success stories being shared on stage.
Flashback to 2008 — Rachel’s second year in business, when she received the #1 Top Earner award after generating $1.2M USD in just 18 months. Q&A With the Founders – In Their Own Words
What inspired the creation of Prosperity Of Life?
Shane - I had already experienced significant success as a distributor in a high-ticket direct selling company with a compensation model very similar to what we still use today. The structure made sense, the results were real, and I saw firsthand how empowering people to build their own income could completely change their lives. But over time, that company lost its way. The product stopped holding value in the marketplace and people no longer felt connected to it. When a product loses meaning, the movement behind it eventually collapses.
​
That was the point when I decided to launch my own company, this time centred around personal development. I saw mindset education as timeless. Trends come and go, but the desire to grow, think differently, improve your life and tap into your potential will always exist. Personal development was my passion, so creating a product line around transformation felt natural.
​
My business partner and I built an incredible company that helped a lot of people elevate their beliefs, grow financially and change their lives from the inside out. Eventually, we chose to go separate ways. That is when Rachel and I stepped into full partnership and launched Prosperity Of Life together. Shortly after launching, we brought on Greg Strom as Head of Worldwide Media. Greg has been an incredible partner and asset to the long-term vision of the company.

Prosperity Of Life was created from the belief that people do not just need a way to make more money. They need a philosophy, a movement and a community that helps them become more.
What was the biggest turning point in your journey to success?
Rachel - My biggest turning point came after five years of working 12 to 14 hours a day in a network marketing business that just wasn’t gaining traction, no matter how hard I pushed. I believed in the concept of building a business from home, I believed in personal freedom and I believed I had what it took, but something wasn’t connecting. I wasn’t in the right environment, I didn’t have the right mentorship structure and I hadn’t yet aligned with a model that matched my ambition.

When I saw the model Shane had created and I attended my first event, something clicked. I didn’t just understand the opportunity, I believed I could win with it. That shift in belief was everything. Within 18 months, I had generated more than $1.2 million USD in income. But more importantly, I had proven to myself that I wasn’t failing because I wasn’t capable. I had simply been missing the right vehicle, the right philosophy and the right leadership.

That breakthrough shaped how I lead today. I know what it feels like to be all-in on your dreams and still not get the results you want. So now I help others close that gap, not just by teaching strategy, but by helping them step into the identity of someone who consistently succeeds.

How do you define true freedom and sovereignty?
Shane: For me, freedom isn’t just about having more choices. It is about becoming the kind of person who feels worthy of choosing powerfully. A lot of people think financial freedom alone will solve everything, but if your identity is still tied to limitation, fear or needing permission, then even if you have money, you will not experience real sovereignty.
​
Sovereignty starts with internal ownership. It is about taking responsibility for how you think, what you believe, what you tolerate and what you step into. When you shift your self-image and create a new personal standard, you start making decisions from a higher level of certainty. That is when life starts to respond differently.
​
To me, true freedom is when you are no longer controlled by circumstance, old programming or the fear of failure. It is when you know you can lose everything and still rebuild because you have become the kind of person who creates results, not just the kind of person who achieved them once.
​
Sovereignty is the point where your identity becomes stronger than your environment. From there, everything else, including money, time, options and lifestyle, becomes an extension of who you are.
What makes Prosperity Of Life different from other personal development programs or business models?
Rachel - What makes Prosperity Of Life different is that it was never built to just sell courses or tick boxes in personal development. A lot of programs teach information, but they never address identity, self-worth or belief patterns, and so people leave inspired but unchanged. We focus on transformation from the inside out.

Our philosophy is that financial growth has to be aligned with personal growth. We teach people how to shift who they are being so they can actually sustain the level of success they say they want. You can plug someone into the best compensation model in the world, but if they still doubt themselves internally, they will sabotage their results. We help people break that cycle.
