Surrounded by traditional business from a young age, Peggy watched her parents build their own success. So it came as no surprise when she stepped into the family’s aged care facility as Facility Manager, leading over 75 staff and helping turn the business around — eventually selling it for an incredible $13 million.

She and her husband Paul went on to build a successful hospitality business, The Pizza Lounge, which they ran for 14+ years before selling it for a strong profit. After time as a stay-at-home mum, Peggy returned to corporate — and that’s where everything changed.
