Rachel Krider:
Welcome, everyone. We are here in Portugal with two very special guests, Leanne and Simon Haggard. We have been spending time together over the holidays and wanted to take the opportunity to sit down and talk about high ticket sales, entrepreneurship, and what it really takes to build a global online business that can be run from anywhere.
Leanne and Simon have been in the industry for many years and have built an extraordinary business. They also hold the company record for the highest income earned in a single month, which shows the level of success that is possible within this model.
Shane Krider:
This conversation is really for people who want to become entrepreneurs. It is for individuals who want a different route, a different outcome, and who are willing to take personal responsibility for building their future. Entrepreneurship requires a person to back themselves, to believe in themselves, and to be willing to shoulder the responsibility that comes with creating something different.
Rachel:
Leanne, let’s start with you. What prompted you to look for an alternative and get started in this business model?
Leanne Haggard:
At the time, I was working 60 to 70 hours a week and had accumulated about $1.3 million in debt. I had two young children, and I knew I wanted something better. I wanted to get out of debt and get my life back. I wanted more time, more freedom, and a better future.
Rachel:
Simon, what was going on for you when things started to shift?
Simon Haggard:
I was working in an industry that made me stop and re-evaluate my life. I asked myself whether I wanted to be doing the same thing one year, three years, and five years down the track, and the answer was clearly no. I knew I either had to stay where I was and accept it or make a change. So I went looking for a solution, answered an ad online, and that led me to Rachel.
Rachel:
When you both looked at the opportunity, what was it that stood out?
Leanne:
To be honest, it was definitely the money that first attracted me. I am not going to pretend otherwise. But what has kept me here is the products and the personal development.
Simon:
For me, it was about creating a better future. I wanted to build more income and create a stronger life for myself and my family. I was not specifically looking for personal development, but it found me, and it has been a game changer.
Rachel:
One thing I’ve noticed about both of you is that you are always learning, always curious, and always looking for ways to improve. Has that always been your nature?
Simon:
When you find something you love and something that motivates you, it stops feeling like work. I love technology and I love learning new things that can improve our business. When I got started, I became a sponge, and I still think that is the right attitude today. With the evolution of AI especially, you have to be willing to learn, stay current, and stay open. If you do not, you can be left behind quickly.
Rachel:
AI is such a big topic right now. How do you see it helping people in business?
Simon:
We have been using AI in some form for around 12 to 18 months, and the speed of development is incredible. It helps with writing ads, improving marketing, automating tasks, streamlining emails, critiquing copy, and even building websites. The biggest thing is that it removes complexity and saves time.
Shane:
That is what stands out to me too. For years, technology seemed to make business more complicated. AI feels like it is finally making things simpler. Instead of needing advanced technical skills, you can literally have a conversation with a tool and ask it what to do. That makes entrepreneurship much more accessible.
Leanne:
Exactly. You have to be willing to learn and stay open. If you are not learning, you cannot lead. Whether it is AI, marketing, or business systems, you have to educate yourself if you want to stay at the forefront.
Rachel:
And for someone inside the business, the training calls really help with that. They give people a starting point so they are not trying to figure everything out on their own.
Shane:
Yes, and AI also makes it easier for non-technical people. You do not need to know everything. You just need to be willing to ask questions, learn, and implement.
Rachel:
Let’s talk about daily activity. Leanne, what does a normal day in your business look like?
Leanne:
I am very organized. Everything is scheduled in my calendar. We have what we call our six daily activities for success, which include getting on training calls, personal development, visualization, meditation, marketing, speaking to prospects, and gratitude. It is not complicated, but it does require consistency.
Rachel:
And just to clarify, you are not cold calling people or approaching family and friends?
Leanne:
Definitely not. I have not done that in 16 years and I am not about to start now. We are speaking to people who have already inquired, so they are warm prospects.
Rachel:
That is such an important distinction. Simon, how many hours a day would you say you spend speaking with people?
Many people researching high ticket online businesses also want to understand the company behind this model. You can read a full Prosperity Of Life review explaining how the business works and why opinions online can sometimes vary.
Simon:
On a typical day we might spend a few hours in the morning speaking to the US market and a couple of hours later in the day speaking to Australia and New Zealand. So around five hours a day of genuine connection, speaking with prospects, doing follow-ups, and having conversations. The rest of the day is used for other activities like learning, planning, and working on the business.
Rachel:
And you are still doing these activities even while on holiday.
Simon:
Yes, absolutely. Not in a huge way, but we stay plugged in. If you unplug completely, you lose your rhythm and your energy. Consistency matters.
Rachel:
Why do you think some people burn out after a few years while others stay engaged and excited for the long term?
Leanne:
For me, once I make a decision to do something, I become fully committed. You could probably say obsessed. I made a decision when I started that I was going to be successful. I did not compare myself to anyone else. I knew my work ethic, and I knew that if I applied myself, the results would come.
Simon:
I think it also comes down to belief. You need to believe in yourself, in your business, and in what you are doing. I also believe that the universe has your back. If you start to doubt, you can ask for the result and keep moving. Belief is a huge part of staying in the game.
Shane:
That resonates with me. One of the biggest mindset shifts I experienced as an entrepreneur was moving from feeling like everything was against me to trusting the process. My job became showing up with a good attitude, doing the work, enjoying my life, and letting the results happen.
Rachel:
What does success in business come down to, then?
Simon:
You have to invest in yourself. You have to be the student. You have to keep learning, keep your mindset strong, remove negative thinking, and keep showing up each day. Structure matters. Consistency matters. Action matters.
Leanne:
And if you are trying too hard, that can actually work against you. One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was that I was trying too hard. Once I learned to do the work and allow the results to happen, things changed.
Rachel:
What would you say to someone who feels bogged down by the setup or the technology?
Leanne:
Ask questions. Reach out. Use the support that is available. There are people in the business, training calls, support systems, and now tools like YouTube and AI. The only bad question is the one you do not ask.
Shane:
And I would say that if you feel bogged down, you are probably making it harder than it needs to be. Human nature tends to overcomplicate things. Keep it simple. Just do the next step. Attempt it. Learn as you go.
Simon:
Exactly. Everything is learnable. It is just new. That is all. People have learned computers, the internet, mobile phones, and so many other technologies over time. This is no different.
Rachel:
One of the things I love about this business is that while technology helps us streamline and grow, at the end of the day it is still a people business.
Shane:
That is exactly right. This is a people business. Technology makes things easier, but it does not replace the human element. The same things that made people successful when I started are the same things that make them successful today: heart, belief, leadership, consistency, and the desire to create a different life.
Simon:
You have to love what you do and be excited by it. When that is true, it does not feel like work.
Leanne:
And for anyone listening, success is a choice. You decide what you want, and then you commit to it. That is what we did.
Rachel:
Thank you both for being here and sharing your experience. It has been such a valuable conversation, and I know it will help many people who are considering entrepreneurship and looking for a better way forward.
